What can be removed?

Here is a list of the type of accounts that can be deleted, corrected or removed. Even if the account is yours, it likely contains errors and therefore it can be removed.

If you have a unique story that is tied to your account, you will get to provide those details in your client portal before we send off your letters so don’t worry.

What are Rounds?

At the start of a round, we send your letters to the bureaus. We then wait 45 days for the bureaus to review, do their investigations and respond. On your 45th date, we pull new credit reports to see the status of the investigation. We will put any deletions or repairs in your client portal and the accounts that remain, we will respond to in the next round. So each round is 45 days long.

Understanding Your Score and How to Raise It!

There really is no magic to increasing your score! It’s simple. Here are some tips to increase and maintain your score.

  • Make all payments on time
  • Keep your credit card utilization below 30% of the credit limit
  • Don’t close your Open positive accounts
  • Have at least 3 Revolving and 1 Installment account so that you have a good credit mix
  • If you have negative accounts that are bringing your score down, then you are a great candidate for our program. Get started

What is the Onboarding Process?

After you enroll, you will be given access to your Client Portal. You will be able to upload the following attachments we will need from you:

  • Driver’s License or Passport
  • Social Security Card or 1099 or W2
  • Proof of Address – rental lease agreement, house/mortgage deed, pay stub with address, utility bill (gas, electric, water, cable, residential), insurance, phone bill, bank statement, car registration, 1099, W2

If your Driver’s License does not have your current mailing address, you will need to provide 2 Proof of Addresses from that list.

You will also need to maintain credit monitoring from either Smart Credit OR IdentityIQ while you are in the program so we have access to your 3 Bureau Credit Report.

Once your provide those documents, you will be ready to be sent off!

Pick your package and enroll! Your setup fee comes with an audit report of your credit profile and customized tips that you will get after sign up. You will also have an opportunity to provide detailed feedback on your accounts before we send your file to the bureaus. The process is seamless.

There will be a setup fee plus monthly payments. Pricing does not include credit monitoring (Smart Credit $24.99/month), which is required while you are in the program. We recommend giving the program at least 6 months, which is about 4 rounds, for the best results! You can cancel or pause at any time.
